The Massage Guy ("I", "me") is a solo mobile massage practice operated by James Palmer, CMT, in Los Angeles, California. This page explains what information this website handles and how.
What I collect
When you book a session, the booking is handled by Kneado, my scheduling provider. The details you enter there (name, contact information, appointment details) are used to confirm and manage your appointment and are subject to Kneado's own privacy policy. When you text, call, or email me, I keep that correspondence so I can respond and keep track of your session history.
Health information you share with me before or during a session is used only to make the bodywork safe and effective for you. It is never sold or shared.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising tags. These tools use cookies to help me understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure whether advertising works. They may associate your visit with an ad you clicked. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Google Ads Settings and Meta Ad Preferences, or block cookies in your browser.
What I don't do
I don't sell your information. I don't run third-party ad networks on this site. I don't send marketing email unless you've asked for it.
