Who This Is For

Your Body Is Telling
You Something.

Most people who find me aren't looking for a spa day. They're dealing with something specific that isn't getting better on its own. Does any of this sound like you?

The Athlete

You Train Hard.
You Don't Recover Fast Enough.

You're putting in the work but your body isn't keeping up. Soreness that lingers. Range of motion that's getting worse. A ceiling you can't break through. That's not a training problem — it's a recovery problem.

  • Post-training soreness lasting 3-4 days
  • Tightness that limits your squat, stride, or overhead reach
  • A nagging injury that keeps flaring up

The Professional

Your Back & Neck Are
Destroying Your Focus.

Hours at a desk, on calls, or in a car. The tension has been building for months and you've normalized it. You don't remember what it feels like to move without something being tight or stiff.

  • Neck stiffness that limits how far you can turn
  • Upper back tension that never fully releases
  • Headaches that start at the base of your skull

The Person Who's Putting It Off

You've Been Meaning to
Do Something About This.

No time to get to a spa. Can't be bothered with the commute, the parking, the checkout line. The pain is real but the friction of getting help has always won. That's exactly what I remove.

  • Pain that's been there so long you've stopped noticing
  • Stretching that helps for an hour then it's back
  • You keep meaning to book something

Your Therapist

Ten Years In.
Still Getting Better.

I'm James Palmer. I graduated top of my class from the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, then spent years as the most-requested therapist at Equinox Spa Beverly Hills. What I took from that experience wasn't just technique — it was a deep understanding of what people actually need from bodywork, and how rarely they get it.

I don't run scripts. Every session starts with a real conversation about what's going on in your body. Then I build the work around that — combining deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, Swedish, and dynamic cupping in whatever sequence your tissue is actually asking for that day.

My long-term monthly clients joke that every session is somehow the best massage they've ever had. I've been doing this for 10 years and I'm still getting better. That's the whole point.

"You hurt? I will make you not hurt anymore."

The Toolkit

Five Modalities.
One Custom Session.

I combine all five of these techniques in every session — using whatever your body actually needs that day. One price covers everything. No upcharges for technique.

01

Deep Tissue Massage

Slow, deliberate pressure targeting the deeper muscle layers. Breaks down adhesions, releases chronic tension, and creates lasting structural change that surface-level work can't reach.

02

Myofascial Release

Sustained pressure on the fascial layer — the connective tissue web wrapping every muscle. Restores mobility, reduces chronic restriction, and lasts significantly longer than regular massage.

Learn More
03

Sports Massage

Pre and post-training therapy for athletes and active people. Accelerates recovery, reduces soreness, restores range of motion, and keeps you performing at your ceiling.

Learn More
04

Swedish Massage

The foundation of therapeutic bodywork. Works on the nervous system as much as the muscles — shifting you into genuine rest and recovery. Essential for stress, poor sleep, and chronic tension driven by how you live.

Learn More
05

Dynamic Cupping

The only technique that pulls tissue upward instead of compressing it. Creates negative pressure that lifts fascial layers apart, increases circulation, and reaches restrictions that hands alone cannot access.

06

Aromatherapy

Optional essential oils added to your session at no charge. Peppermint & eucalyptus for sinus relief and muscle recovery. Lavender for relaxation and nervous system reset. Sweet orange for energy, focus, and rejuvenation.
