I'm James Palmer, and I've spent the better part of a decade mastering one thing: massage that actually works.

After graduating top of my class from the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, I built my skills at Equinox Spa in Beverly Hills, where I became the most-requested therapist on staff. What I took away from that experience wasn't just technique — it was a deep understanding of what people actually need from bodywork, and how rarely they get it.

I specialize in Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release, and I work intuitively — meaning I'm not following a script when I work on you. I'm reading your tissue, tracking where your body holds tension, and adjusting in real time. Every session is built from scratch, tailored to you, drawing from a broad toolkit of modalities based on what your body is asking for that day.
