I pride myself on punctuality. I usually arrive 5-10 minutes before our session time so we can begin promptly. I will text you when I’m on my way with my ETA.

The session price reflects the full cost of your massage—no gratuity is required. That said, tips are always appreciated and help offset travel time and expenses. If you feel moved to show extra thanks, it's always welcomed—but never expected.
-
Absolutely! I regularly work in apartments, lofts, hotels, and vacation rentals throughout Los Angeles. As long as there's about 6x10 feet of floor space in a quiet room, we're good to go.

Yes, I offer Couples Back to Back massage sessions. You can book online for 2, 3 or 4 hours in total. That time can be divided between you however you see fit.
For larger groups, please send me an email with the specifics and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Most clients undress to their comfort level and get under the sheet before I enter the room. I'm professional and respectful, and only the area being worked on is ever undraped. You're always in control of your comfort.
-
Every session is completely customized to you—no two massages are ever the same. I pull from my toolkit of techniques and use whatever I think your body needs most that day. If you'd like to learn more about the styles I draw from most often, check out Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, and Dynamic Cupping. I also incorporate Trigger Point, Hypervolt, and KT Taping when appropriate. I do not offer adult services or sensual massage.

No travel fees within my standard service area, which includes Beverly Hills and most of the greater Los Angeles area. For locations outside my standard zone, contact me to discuss options and pricing.

Usually 6 feet by 10 feet is more than enough. I've also been quite creative at times and worked in smaller spaces. If you're worried about space, just send me a photo and I can confirm it'll work.
-
Nothing. I bring everything including the massage table, linens, organic jojoba oil, and music. If you have any special oils you prefer to use, just let me know.

Absolutely. Every session is tailored to what you need. Whether you want lighter pressure, intense deep tissue work, or want me to focus on specific areas like shoulders, neck, or lower back—just let me know and I'll adjust accordingly.
-
Yes, with your doctor's approval after the first trimester. I have experience working with prenatal clients and can modify techniques to ensure safety and comfort. Please let me know you're pregnant when booking so I can prepare appropriate bolsters and positioning.
-
Yes. Many of my clients see me specifically for injury recovery, chronic tension, or pain management. I specialize in therapeutic techniques like deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage that address these issues. That said, I'm not a substitute for medical care—always consult your doctor for serious injuries.
-
I recommend waiting at least 24 hours before intense workouts. Deep tissue work can create temporary muscle soreness similar to a workout. Light movement like walking or gentle stretching is fine, but give your body time to recover before hitting the gym hard.
-
Ideally, the session length is the amount of hands-on time. If you're not ready to go when I arrive, I start the hands-on time 10 minutes after I arrived at your location.
