That tightness that
stretching never fixes?
That's fascia. I fix fascia.
Most massage works on the muscle. Myofascial release works on the connective tissue wrapped around it โ the layer where chronic pain, restricted movement, and that never-goes-away tightness actually live.
Clients describe it as being ironed out โ like something that's been wound up for years finally let go. Not just relaxed. Reorganized. You stand up and your body moves differently. That feeling typically lasts 3 to 5 days, sometimes longer. Regular massage fades by the next morning. This doesn't.
Meet James,
the last massage therapist you'll ever have to search for.
Most therapists do massage. I specialize in what's actually causing your pain. After 10 years and hundreds of clients, I've learned that chronic tightness, restricted movement, and that nagging ache that never fully goes away almost always comes back to one thing โ the fascia.
I graduated top of my class from the National Holistic Institute in Studio City, then spent four years at Equinox Spa Beverly Hills as the most-requested therapist on staff. I left to work independently so I could spend every session doing what actually works โ not what fits a spa menu.
My long-term monthly clients still joke that each session is the best massage they've ever had. I take that seriously โ it means I'm still getting better. Every single time.

One session. Every tool I have.
No scripts, no routines. I read your body and combine whatever techniques will actually solve the problem โ in the same session, for exactly what you need that day.
Fascia is the connective tissue that wraps around every muscle in your body. When it gets tight โ from stress, repetitive movement, old injuries, or years at a desk โ it doesn't release on its own. Stretching doesn't reach it. Regular massage skims over it.
Myofascial release uses sustained, slow pressure to melt those restrictions at the source. The result isn't just that the pain goes away โ your body actually moves differently afterward. Clients describe it as being ironed out. That feeling lasts 3 to 5 days, sometimes longer.
Sustained, slow pressure that sinks through the superficial layers and into the deep muscle tissue beneath. Releases chronic tension, adhesions, and calcified knots that have built up over time. I mix in trigger point therapy โ targeting specific points of referred pain to release the source, not just the symptom. The combination reaches places that foam rolling and stretching simply cannot.
More dynamic than traditional massage โ I bring in Active Release Technique (ART), assisted stretching, and joint mobilization to address the specific demands your sport places on your body. Pre-training sessions prime the tissue for output. Post-training sessions accelerate recovery and reduce soreness. If you're dealing with a recurring injury or a movement pattern that's limiting your performance, this is where we start.
Pulls tissue upward instead of compressing it โ increases circulation dramatically and loosens stubborn adhesions that hands alone can't reach. Particularly effective alongside myofascial release for deep restrictions.
When your nervous system needs to downshift, not just your muscles. Essential for stress recovery, circulation, and the kind of rest you can't fake. Sometimes the most therapeutic thing is slowing everything down.
Every session uses my full toolkit based on what your body needs that day. No upcharges, no add-ons, no surprises. One price covers whatever you need โ including myofascial, cupping, and deep tissue in the same session.

That lower back pain
isn't going away
on its own.
You've tried stretching. You've tried pushing through it. You've been meaning to do something about it for weeks.
The longer you wait, the deeper it sets in.
You're high-performing โ on the field, on set, at your desk.
But something's not right, and it's starting to affect everything.
You can't sleep through the night
Shoulder tension, neck tightness, or hip pain wakes you up โ and you lie there wondering when it became normal to feel this way.
Your body is paying for your work
Hours at a desk or on set have built up into chronic tension you carry everywhere โ in your jaw, your shoulders, your lower back.
Your training has a ceiling
You're active, you take care of yourself โ but recovery isn't happening fast enough, and nagging soreness is limiting what you can do.
Massage helps in the moment, but nothing changes
You've had plenty of massages. They feel great on the table. By the next day you're right back where you started. That's not a massage problem โ that's a fascia problem. And that's exactly what I fix.
Stop waiting for it
to get better on its own.
I'll come to your home anywhere on the Westside. All you need is a quiet room and 10ร8 feet of space.
